I painted the gallery wall myself in order to get ready for the opening and billed the director of the gallery for my services. The invoice was then pinned to the painted wall and exhibited in the show. The pink copy was exhibited and retained by the gallery for their collection as an art work, the yellow copy was sent to the finance department as an invoice so I could be paid and I retained the blue copy for my records.
